These are also compatible with all types of materials such as PMMA, hydrophobic, hydrophilic. Measurement are conducted in accordance to the ISO 11979 standard. The OptiSpheric^® IOL R&D is used in measuring one single IOL for research purposes, while the OptiSpheric^® IOL PRO 2 provides fully automated measurements for up to 100 IOLs per batch in series production.
