Inside the box, consumers find a detailed instruction pamphlet that not only explains how the product works but provides guidance on effective use.

Each box also includes a QR code that directs consumers to the company’s website, where they can access instructional videos that demonstrate how to properly fit the product to their forearm, knee or ankle. These videos take a practical approach with step-by-step instructions for achieving the right fit. This attention to detail continues with individual product instructions. For knee products, for example, ProBand recommends centering the back strap pad behind the knee. As the product is worn, the front plate naturally molds to the knee’s contours, but it’s important to maintain even spacing—around one to two inches—between the pad and plate on both the inner and outer sides of the knee. Similarly, the Ankle BandIT includes two contoured pads that can be adjusted within the wrap. Positioned directly under the tibial heads on both the inner and outer parts of the ankle, these pads should be angled at 45 degrees toward the front of the ankle joint before securing the wrap for optimal relief.

ProBand’s forearm products are regarded as some of the most revolutionary on the market, particularly for their ability to provide active decompression and reduce inflammation. They have proven highly effective in treating medial and lateral epicondylitis—commonly known as golfer’s or tennis elbow—as well as carpal tunnel and radial tunnel syndrome.
