This helped the client to understand their exact requirements in regards to what, when, and how.

Heinz laid the company's foundation in 1986 in the medical field and marched the company closer to success with his sincere efforts and hard work. Helping in their family-owned business, Marcel and Daniel Mollet soon joined their father's company as production employees and took over his responsibility in 2008. As a Sole proprietorship business with 3 employees, Mollet’s successfully marked its 35th anniversary in 2021.

As a basis for further development and growth of the company, the management decided to build a new company building in Lengnau; and after a short, intensive planning and construction phase, Mollet was shifted to a new location in 2008. Having become a household name for high-quality products, the company received ISO 13485 standard for its medical technology and certification according to ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 13485: 2003 by Swiss TS in 2009. Adhering to the latest guidelines of product quality, the company further updated its certifications to ISO 9001 in 2013 and ISO 13485 in 2016. In 2015, Mollet became a member of the Medical Cluster— Swiss Association for Medical Technology Companies—and also took part in a trade fair, the Swiss Medtech Expo in Lucerne, for the first time in its history.
