In one instance, ERI Group showcased its superior competencies when serving a client that required a surgical tool. The client notified ERI Group of a human clinical trial 6 weeks prior, for which multiple complex electromechanical products with high precision and tolerance components were required. Unusually, the FDA had scheduled their clinical license a month early, shortening the timeline by an additional two weeks. ERI Group had a dedicated team of mechanical, electrical, and quality engineers, assemblers, and project managers working round the clock to produce the critical clinical devices. Eventually, it assembled, tested, and shipped the devices to the client just in time.
